准确表达“多经常”：位置、频率短语与否定范围都会影响读者理解。
三个常见位置
实义动词前，be 后；有情态或助动词时，通常在第一个助动词后。
She is often busy, but she can usually help after five.
她常常很忙，但五点后通常能帮忙。
副词位置并非唯一不变；这里学习最自然常见的中位用法。
小心否定范围
not always 表示并非总是；never 表示从不；hardly ever 表示几乎从不。
We do not always agree.
我们并非总是意见一致。
不要把“不是每次都同意”误读为“每次都不同意”。
次数与时间长度
How often 问频率；How long 问持续多久。频率可用 once、twice 或数字 + times。
How often do you train? Three times a week.
你多久训练一次？每周三次。
three times a week 不是 three time；for two hours 回答时长。
绝对词不要乱加
never、always 强调范围，调查总结要忠实于信息。
Most members usually arrive early, but a few are sometimes late.
大多数成员通常早到，但少数人有时迟到。
看到 usually，不能推断 every time 或 never。

表达任务
写一段你的学习或运动习惯，包括 usually、hardly ever、not always 和一个具体次数短语。请写真实、有区别的意思。
□ 副词位置与助动词搭配正确。
□ not always 与 hardly ever 的含义不同。
□ 次数与持续时长没有混淆。
参考表达
I usually review new words on the bus. I practise speaking with a friend twice a week, and we sometimes record our conversations. I hardly ever miss these meetings because they are useful. However, I do not always understand every word in an English video. When that happens, I watch it again and check the main idea before looking up words.
