不只表示习惯
一般现在时也描述事实、状态、职责和通常的流程。
This app helps visitors find the nearest bus stop.
这个应用帮助游客找到最近的公交站。
先找到真正的主语。修饰语变长，不会改变主语的单复数。
时间表和从句
固定班次可以用一般现在时表达将来；谈将来的 when / as soon as 从句通常也用一般现在时。
I will text you when the bus arrives.
公交车到站时我会给你发消息。
这里 when 引导时间从句，不写 when the bus will arrive。作为间接问题则可不同。
状态动词看意思
know、believe、belong 等常表示状态；同一个词换了意思，能否使用进行时也可能变化。
This bag belongs to my sister.
这个包是我姐姐的。
不要写 is belonging。have 表拥有时常不用进行时；have lunch 表动作时可以。
提问和否定保持原形
do / does 承担提问或否定，后面的实义动词回到原形。
Why does the centre close early on Fridays?
这个中心星期五为什么早关门？
the centre 是单数，因此用 does；close 不再加 s。

答案与解释
1. A · leaves
这里报告固定班次；the coach 是单数，使用 leaves。
2. B · lives
主语核心是 The student，是一个学生，因此用 lives。
3. C · belongs
belong 表示所属状态；camera 是单数，用 belongs。
4. A · get
as soon as 引导将来时间从句，通常用一般现在时 get。
5. C · does
your brother 是单数；help 是实义动词，用 does 提问。
6. C · It describes how the device normally works.
说明书描述设备通常怎样工作，用一般现在时。
7. C · think
think 在这里表示观点“认为”，通常用一般现在时。
8. B · When does the club meet?
does 后面的 meet 使用原形。
表达任务
给新同学写一段社团介绍：包括常规活动、开始时间、一个规则，以及“到达后我会……”一句。写约 60–90 词。
□ 常规活动与时间表用了恰当时态。
□ 单数主语的动词与 do / does 后原形正确。
□ 将来的 when 从句没有误加 will。

Our science club meets every Thursday at four. We work in small teams and test simple ideas. The teacher checks our equipment before each experiment. Everyone wears safety glasses. The last school bus leaves at half past five, so we finish at five. I will show you the room when you arrive. You do not need to bring any special equipment.
