Our Sunday afternoon group turns simple ingredients into interesting snacks. You will work in pairs and taste what you make. Ingredients and equipment are included. Beginners are welcome, but tell us about food allergies when booking. All cooking takes place indoors.

On Saturday afternoons, small groups create short scenes and perform them for one another. The tutor helps nervous beginners feel comfortable. There are no individual auditions and nobody has to perform alone. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.

Already confident on a bike? Learn to repair punctures and adjust brakes on Sunday afternoon. We provide tools and practice bikes, so you do not need to bring yours. There is no road cycling in this workshop. Suitable for complete beginners in bike repair.

Improve photographs you have already taken in our Saturday morning computer class. You must bring a camera and at least ten of your own photos. This course is for students who understand basic photography. All the lessons take place in our computer room.

Try map reading in the woods on Saturday morning. Groups solve clues together, and experienced leaders stay nearby. No previous outdoor experience is needed. Wear strong shoes; we lend maps and compasses. This is a cooperative activity, not a race.

Our Saturday afternoon film group meets indoors to watch a short film and discuss how it was made. You can share opinions without acting in front of anyone. It is ideal for young people who enjoy stories but prefer watching to performing.

Join a guided Sunday afternoon ride through quiet city streets. You need your own bicycle, a helmet and experience of road cycling. Guides will tell you about interesting buildings along the way. We stop for a drink, but do not teach repairs.
