读来信，也读四个提示：每个提示都代表读者需要知道的信息。先辨认是在同意、选择、建议还是解释。
按交流顺序组织邮件：用合适的称呼和回应开头，中间给选择、理由与安排，最后自然结束。可以将相关要点放在同一段。
检查收信人能否行动：读完邮件后，对方应清楚去哪儿、为什么、带什么、在哪里见面。再检查时态、标点和拼写。

Write an email to Alex in about 100 words. Respond to all four notes.
