PET / B1 · Writing Part 2 · Article ·
学习范围:Cambridge B1 Preliminary for Schools。
Write an article in about 100 words for your school English magazine.
Articles wanted! A place to learn something new Where do you enjoy learning something outside the classroom? What do you do there? Why would you recommend it to other students? Write an article answering these questions.

More than a library Where can you learn a new skill for free? For me, the answer is our local library. On Saturday mornings, volunteers run small workshops there. Last month, I joined a photography session. Instead of simply watching, we took pictures around the building and compared them. I discovered how changing the light could make an ordinary object look interesting. The volunteer gave everyone useful advice, even when our first attempts were unsuccessful. I would recommend these workshops because they are friendly and practical. You do not need expensive equipment, and you can meet people with similar interests. Check your library noticeboard: your next hobby might be waiting there!
